Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy
Please inform us within 15 days via email if you wish to return your item. After that, you have an additional 15 days to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Shipment options are the following:
- Option 1: We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Option 2: If you use your chosen courier with a tracked service, you'll receive a full refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Worn goods or items returned not in their original packaging
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Cancellations
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
